Residential

Clonmore

Clonmore Towns is a multi-building, low-rise stacked townhouse development consisting of eight 3-storey buildings (Blocks A through F) constructed over a shared below-grade parking garage. The development includes 121 dwelling units across the site.

The residential component comprises approximately 8,820 m² (~ 94,900 sq. ft.) of above-grade gross area, distributed across the eight blocks. The shared below-grade parking structure is approximately 5,842 m² (~ 62,900 sq. ft.).

From a structural standpoint, the project is a hybrid concrete + framed superstructure: the foundations and garage levels are reinforced concrete, with framed wall systems above and typical residential floor loading criteria. The structural set also indicates precast stair components at multiple stair locations, and typical concrete slab thicknesses and reinforcement notes for the lower levels. The buildings are organized for code compliance and fire separation, including subdivision by firewalls per the OBC matrix notes.

This project demonstrates the coordination required for repetitive multi-building residential construction—including shared underground parking, consistent structural details across blocks, and repeatable wall/floor layouts suitable for efficient fabrication and installation.
