Using the Vertex® design and framing software, DMD develops precise 3D models and fully coordinated shop drawings that integrate structural loading, wall heights, openings, connections, and interfacing building systems. This digital workflow ensures dimensional accuracy, clash avoidance, and seamless coordination with architectural and structural drawings prior to fabrication.

Panels are precision-fabricated in a controlled manufacturing environment under strict QA/QC procedures, ensuring consistent quality, tight tolerances, and repeatability. Depending on project requirements, wall panels may be delivered as bare steel framing or with optional in-plant or on-site finishes, including exterior structural sheathing, insulation substrates, and pre-installed components to support accelerated schedules.
