In our plant we manufacture our light steel frame (LSF) profiles from steel coils. In a separate line we assemble and manufacture LSF Wall Panels including exterior gypsum sheathing layer.
The panels can receive the final architectural finish (EIFS, Metal or Aluminum Wall Finish System, Brick, Stone veneer, etc) in a controlled environment under strict QA/QC procedures and then shipped to site for installation or the final finish can be done on site.
We use WMF application by StrutSoft to model, engineer and manufacture in Revit.
Our experienced installers and certified welders complete the field installation.
